MMA Camp fighter tryouts... January 6, 2007
This will be a full day of training for anyone that wants to fight for TEAM DRAGO MMA, come and learn what it takes to fight in the cage/ring. Times are 12pm til 3pm call to reserve your spot.

Muay Thai Camp January 20 & 21 2007
Muay Thai Seminar and Training Session: Traditional Muay Thai stances for striking and defense will be learned. The basic strikes, including the use of fists, elbows, knees and kicks will be demonstrated, as will the proper techniques of blocking these strikes. With the guidance of the instructors fighters will pair off with a training partner and learn the proper way to spar. The Muay Thai Session will conclude with conditioning drills designed to enhance a fighter's cardio capacity.
